GYMTASTICS! - Ages 3-8 yrs

Students will learn tumbling, acrobatics and stunts on tumbling mats, balance beams, spring board, climbing tower and tumbling bolsters, parallel and high bar, and rebounders. They will use balls, ribbons, bean bags, hoops, rings, ropes, a parachute, and more. Through relays, obstacle courses, and cooperative games, students will enhance coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, focus, endurance, dexterity, agility, rhythm, and teamwork. Beginning and Intermediate levels. Performance Optional!

GYM, MOTOR SKILLS & MUSIC - Age 8 mo to 2.5 yrs

Through colorful, dynamic, age-graded and ever-changing activities, toddlers gain confidence and skills participating with their adult partner. We sing, play instruments, use puppets, scoot, crawl, climb, rock, roll, dance, tumble, do yoga, and ride on wheeled toys. We use balls, rings, scarves, hoops, parachutes, bubbles, and more! A variety of equipment arrives weekly at either an indoor or outdoor location.

DANCE - Age 3 to Adult

Provides age-appropriate guided lessons exploring time, space, shape, and force. Through choreography, creativity, and improvisation, journey to another culture, time, space, or continuum through movement. Dance styles include Contemporary, Lyrical, Five Rhythms, Contact, Musical Theater, International Dance, and Dances of Universal Peace. Performance Optional!

MOVEMENT THERAPY – Age 3 to Adult

Integrate change, growth, awakenings, emotional experiences, and stillness through supported movement experiences. Move alone, in pairs, family units, or small groups in single sessions or series.

NEURO-DEVELOPMENTAL MOVEMENT – Age 3 to Adult

Identify and integrate postural and secondary reflexes, imbalances in biomechanics, flexibility, strength, balance, gait, and vision through specific movements, exercises, and drills. Includes homework for optimal progress.
